How we process personal data

Data Controller
Synchrocity AS (org. no. 917 542 848) is the data controller for personal data collected via our websites and services. Contact: post@synchrocity.ai.
What information we collect
We only collect information necessary to deliver our services: name, email, organisation, and messages you send us via form or chat. When you log in, we store an authentication session.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to inquiries, deliver agreed services, improve our solutions, and fulfil legal obligations. The legal basis is consent, contract, or legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6).
Storage and security
Data is stored within the EU/EEA with our data processors. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to personnel with a professional need.
Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties beyond our sub-processors (cloud, email, AI), all of whom are subject to a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Send requests to post@synchrocity.ai.
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies for login and language selection. The country code from your IP address is read only to suggest the right language on your first visit, and the IP address itself is not stored. We do not use tracking for marketing purposes.
